Patricia A.Nugen, age 69, a resident of Portland, passed away on Wednesday, August 05, 2015, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
Patricia was born on March 21, 1946, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of John and Betty (Cummings) Nugen. She graduated from Monroe Central High School in 1966. She worked in the Jay Randolph Developmental Center Workshop for many years, retiring in 2009. She also enjoyed volunteering at the Jay County Humane Society.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Lewisville Cemetery in Lewisville, Indiana.
Memorials may be directed towards the Jay Randolph Developmental Center in Portland.
