Phyllis D. Lykins

Phyllis D. Lykins, age 84, a resident of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester.

Phyllis was born on October 13, 1934, in Jay County, the daughter of Russel and Nina (McClain) Creamer.  She graduated from Madison Township High School in 1952.  She attended Maxville Christian Church in Maxville.  Phyllis married Fred Lykins on April 18, 1953 and he passed away on January 23, 1999.

Survivors include:

1 son:  Jack D. Lykins – Bryant, Indiana

1 daughter:  Robin Dykes (husband Ronald) – Winchester, Indiana

8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchild

1 brother:  Ronnie D. Creamer – North Salem, Indiana

Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.  Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.  Pastor  Jerry Brumfield will officiate the services and burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery, southeast of Portland.

Memorials may be directed towards the family in care of the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
