Ramonda was born on September 27, 1967, in Portland, Indiana, the daughter of Carl and Rozal (Hall) Stanford. She graduated from Jay County High School.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at New Pittsburg Cemetery, southeast of Portland.
