Robert Culpepper, age 54, a resident of rural Portland, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at his home.
Robert was born on May 28, 1961 in Mississippi. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and attended Westchester United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Friday. Pastor Phil Jellison will officiate and the American Legion Post #211 of Portland will conduct military honors.
Memorials may be directed towards the family in care of the funeral home.
