Robert W. Minch, Jr. age 67, a resident of Portland, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2013, at his home following an extended illness.
Bob was born on March 2, 1946, in Portland, Indiana, the son of Robert W. Minch, Sr. and Betty (Wilkinson) Minch. He graduated from Portland High School. Bob was co-owner and operator of Minch Auto Sales in Portland for several years. He also worked at other auto repair and sales businesses in the area. Bob was a member of the Eagles Lodge of Portland and the Moose Lodge of Portland.

2 daughters: Debbie Aker (husband Brian) - rural Portland, Indiana
Teresa Taylor (husband Burl) - rural Portland, Indiana
1 brother: Mike Minch - Portland, Indiana
1 sister: Kathy Cook (husband Bill) - rural Portland, Indiana
8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. His son Tony Minch will conduct the services and burial will follow in the Green Park Cemetery in Portland.
