Ruby G. Litton

Ruby G. Litton, age 84, a resident of Berne, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at

Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.  She was a former rural Bryant resident.

Ruby was born on August 3, 1931, in Oneida, Tennessee, the daughter of Daniel and Minnie (Anderson) Terry.  She worked for Community Care East Nursing Home in Portland from 1989 to 2000.  She married Dillard Lee Litton on December 2, 1947 and he passed away on August 12, 2000.

Survivors include:

6 sons: Douglas Litton – Portland, Indiana

Robert Litton – Seattle, Washington

Jeffrey Litton – Sidney, Ohio

Timothy Litton – Berne, Indiana

Anthony Litton (wife Lori) –Redkey, Indiana

Rex Litton (wife Jessica) – Portland, Indiana

5 daughters:  Eunice Watson (husband William) – Knotts, Island, North Carolina

Brenda Litton – Portland, Indiana

Rita Miller (husband Jay) – Sidney, Ohio

Karen Litton – Covington, Ohio

Linda Seiber – Sun City, Arizona

1 sister:  Irene Davidson – Ballwin, Missouri

Several grandchildren and great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by 2 children, Thomas Litton and Rhonda Curme.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.  Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Steve Arnold officiating.  Burial will follow at a later date in Gravel Hill Cemetery, west of Bryant.
