Ruby Louetta Neff-Lee

Ruby Louetta Neff-Lee, age 96, a former resident of Jay County passed away Tuesday August 14, 2018 at Hearthstone Village Assisted Living in Kootenai, Idaho.

Ruby was born December 20, 1921 in Greenville, Ohio the daughter of Charles and Margaret (Brosie) Neff. Ruby and her husband were owner and operator of D and R Supply in Knoxville, Tennessee for many years.

Ruby married Donald Lee on April 8, 1950 and he passed away August 18, 1988.

Survivors include:

2 sons: Gary Lee – Sandpoint, Idaho

Jan (wife Paula) Lee - Sandpoint, Idaho

1 brother: Harold Neff – Union City, Indiana

3 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren

Graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Salamonia Cemetery in Salamonia, Indiana. Pastor Dean Jones will officiate the service.
