Ruth Taylor

Ruth Taylor, age 99 a resident of Portland passed away Monday, October 9, 2017 at Persimmon Ridge Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of the Little Salamonia Church.
Ruth Taylor was born July 16, 1918 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the daughter of Floyd Albert and Hazel Irene (Roberts) Wysong. She was married on February 15, 1936 to Fred Taylor and he preceded her in death.
Survivors Include:
1 Son- Richard L. Taylor, Seminole, Florida
1 Daughter- Marlene Smith, Portland, Indiana
1 Sister- Martha Jane Allen, St. Petersburg, Florida
8 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, 20 Great Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 4-7pm on Wednesday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Rev. Rich Taylor Jr. will officiate the services and burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery southeast of Portland.
