Sally S. Guntle

Sally S. Guntle, age 74 a resident of rural Portland passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019 at her home. She retired from Housekeeping at Jay County Hospital in Portland after many years.  She was a 1963 graduate of Portland High School.

Sally Guntle was born March 14, 1945 in Portland, Indiana the daughter of Kenneth and Helen (Hess) McKibben.  She was married in 1965 to Oddrie Guntle.

Survivors Include:

Her beloved husband- Oddrie Guntle, Portland, Indiana

Her mother- Helen McKibben, Dunkirk, Indiana

2 Sons- Barry and David Guntle, Portland, Indiana

2 Daughters- Tracey Winget and Lori Estep, Redkey, Indiana

Brother- Lew McKibben (wife-Sherri), Portland, Indiana

She was preceded in death by a son, Van Guntle in 2018.

Visitation will be held from 3-6pm on Wednesday in the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.  Funeral services will follow at 6pm at the funeral home.
