Sandra E. McNeely, age 78, a resident of Pennville, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice in Fort Wayne.
Sandra was born on January 26, 1938, in Redkey, Indiana, the daughter of Wayne and Virginia (Harmon) Turpen. She worked Kitco in Bluffton for several years and Peyton’s Northern in Bluffton for several years. She was a member of the Portland American Legion Auxiliary.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at the Pennville Chapel of the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at a later date in the Hillcrest Cemetery, south of Redkey.
