Taylor Hollingsworth
August 22, 1998 — June 5, 2014
Taylor Hollingsworth, age 15, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2015 at her home in Dunkirk. She was a freshman at Jay County High School. She was active with Jay Randolph Developmental Services and also enjoyed playing softball with the Dream Team in Bluffton, Indiana.
Taylor was born August 22, 1998 in Muncie, Indiana the daughter of Chad Hollingsworth and Jennifer Gettinger.

1 Sister- Kylee Hollingsworth, Dunkirk, Indiana
Maternal Grandparents- Arlo and Vickie Gettinger, rural Portland, Indiana
Several Aunts and Uncles- Jeremy Gettinger, rural Portland, Lori Farmer, Wesley Hollingsworth, Brian Hollingsworth, and Russell Hollingsworth, Bluffton, Dan Hollingsworth, Alabama, Mike Hollingsworth, Texas, and Cindy Barton
Preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents- Russell and Ruth Hollingsworth
Visitation will be held from 1-6pm on Sunday at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Collins Glenn will officiate the services and burial will follow in the Dunkirk IOOF Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the IU Health Riley Childrens Hospital where envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
