Thomas Black, age 48, a resident of Portland, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017 at his home in Portland.
Thomas was born on July 21, 1968, in Portland, Indiana the son of Irvin and Kathy (Fiely) Black. He helped call bingo at the Portland D.A.V.

Private burial will be held at Green Park Cemetery in Portland.
