Thomas W. Nibarger, 75, retired Captain U.S.A.F. departed this life at home on May 25, 2020 in Colorado Springs, C.O.
Tom passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
The family is planning a memorial and graveside service for Tom to be held at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in May 2021.
