Tina L. Adkins, age 43 passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at her Portland home.

Tina was born January 7, 1977 in Portland, Indiana the daughter of Russell Butler and Caroline (Jacobs) Adkins.

Survivors Include:

Her mother- Caroline Adkins, Portland, Indiana

2 Brothers- Tim Butler, Portland, Indiana, and Russell Butler, Portland, Indiana

1 Sister- Joyce Butler, Portland, Indiana

Several Aunts, Uncles, Nephews and Nieces

Private graveside services for the family will be held  at IOOF Twin Hills Cemetery in Pennville.

Memorials may be directed to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
