Tina M. Kelly

Tina M. Kelly, age 62, a resident of Portland, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at her home in Portland.

Tina was born on November 8, 1957, in Portland, the daughter of Billy and Betty (Ingram) Kelly.  She graduated from Jay County High School in 1976 and earned an accounting degree from Ball State University.  She worked for OMCO Mold in Winchester and Pennville Custom Cabinetry in Portland.  Tina was a member of Portland First Church of the Nazarene where she played piano for 10 years.

Survivors include:

1 sister:  Rhonda Goss (husband Gary) – Bryant, Indiana

2 nephews:  Adam Goss (Companion- Dana Hines) – Bryant, Indiana

Joshua Goss (wife Lindsie) – Huntington, Indiana

Several great nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Betty Kelly.

Private services will be held on Monday at Portland First Church of the Nazarene.  A livestream of the service will be available at 1 p.m. Monday on the Facebook page of Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home.  Pastor Stephen Hundley will officiate and burial will follow in Daugherty Cemetery, east of Bryant.
