Toni Booher

Toni Booher, age 46 a resident of Portland passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 at IU Health Jay Hospital following an extended illness.  She worked at Pennville Custom Cabinets in Portland.

Toni was born October 14, 1972 in Portland, Indiana the daughter of Jeff Westlake and Zona (McClain) Shoopman.

Survivors Include:

Her fiancé- Scott Hall, Portland, Indiana

2 Sons- Damon Norton, Van Wert, Ohio

Brady Harrison, Berne, Indiana

Mother- Zona Shoopman (husband-Rick), Parker City, Indiana

Father- Jeff Westlake Sr., Connersville, Indiana

1 Brother- Jeffrey Westlake, Portland, Indiana

Grandmother- Sharon McClain, Pennville, Indiana

Visitation will be held from 2:00pm-5:00pm on Wednesday in the Williamson –Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.  Funeral services will follow at 5:00pm at the funeral home.  Pastor Steve Arnold will officiate the services.
