Tyler Callahan, age 18, a resident of rural Ridgeville, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at his home in rural Ridgeville.
Tyler was born on January 15, 2004, the son of James Hicks and Tosha (Robbins) Noggler. He attended Jay County High School and worked for Cartec in Ridgeville. He was active in A Better Life Brianna’s Hope.

James Hicks (Nicole) – Oldsmar, Florida
Siblings: Cody Callahan, Chelsea Hicks, Hayley Hicks, Hailey Noggler, Austin Noggler, Eliza Noggler, Brooklyn Hicks, Jerry Hicks, Mia Hicks and Piper Hicks.
Grandparents: Kevin and Deborah Robbins – Winchester, Indiana
Michael and Rebecca Rinderle - Greenville, Ohio
James and Marilyn Wycuff – Portland, Indiana
Paul and Liz Martin – Oldsmar, Florida
Great-grandmother: Ledonna Stonerock – Winchester, Indiana
He was preceded in death by a sister, McKinzie Noggler, his uncle, Jack Martin, grandmother Patricia Arnold and great grandfather, Harold Stonerock.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Jonathon Edwards will officiate and burial will follow at Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester.
Memorials may be directed towards the family in care of Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
