William Bill Clark
February 8, 1941 — May 21, 2014
William “Bill” D. Clark, age 73, a resident of Portland, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Randolph Nursing Home in Winchester.
Bill was born on February 8, 1941, in Muncie, Indiana, the son of Oscar and Lela Audrey (Bousman) Clark. He graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1959 and was a member of the Portland First Church of the Nazarene. Bill worked for the Portland Forge from 1965-1983. He was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers local 1595. Bill married Rozetta Bailey on March 11, 1960.

Louise Harting (husband-Dave), Muncie, Indiana
5 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 3-7pm on Friday at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Saturday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland with visiatation 1 hour prior to services. Pastor Dave McClellen will officiate and burial will follow in the Liber Cemetery south of Portland.
Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimers Association where envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
