William Decker

William Dean Decker, age 70, a resident of Portland, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at his home.

William was born on November 14, 1955 in Lima, Ohio the son of Wayne and Kathrine (Reed) Ensley then adopted by Bob and Margie (Reed) Decker. In his free time William enjoyed riding his tractor and mowing, he loved watching western movies, and his favorite actor was Sam Elliot.
