William "Bill" Hartley, age 66, a resident of Redkey, passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at his home following an extended illness.
Bill was born on July 7, 1946, in Portland, Indiana, the son of William Edward Hartley, Sr. and Dorothy (Smith) Hartley. He graduated from Morton Memorial High School in Knightstown, Indiana. Bill worked for WT Trucking in Montpelier for several years. Bill enjoyed restoring Ford vehicles. He married Roxanna Toombs on February 26, 1972.

1/2 sister: Pam Montjoy - Decatur, Indiana
1/2 sister: Judy Montjoy - Fort Recovery, Ohio
4 grandchildren and several great grandchildren
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Visitation will also be held on Thursday from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Herb Hummel will officiate and burial will follow in the Dunkirk IOOF Cemetery.
