William Shrack, Sr.

William Shrack Sr., age 80, a resident of Pennville passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.

William was born on January 4, 1939 the son of Denzil and Lucille (Wise) Shrack. He was a veteran of the United States Army. William was married to Leah Schwartz and she preceded him in death.

2 sons- William “Bill” Shrack Jr. – Pennville, Indiana

Erwin Shrack (wife Whitney) – Warsaw, Indiana

2 daughters- Angie Cart (wife Greg) – Pennville. Indiana

Katie Ann Flores – Portland, Indiana

1 brother- Henry Shrack (wife Amy) – Greentown, Indiana

1 sister- Betty Lou Midlam – Albany, Indiana

8 grandchildren

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Hickory Grove Church of the Brethren, 1389 N. State Road 1, Dunkirk, IN.

Burial will follow at a later date at Marion National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana.
