William "Bill" J. Bailey

William “Bill” J. Bailey, age 62, a resident of Union City, Indiana, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022 at his home in Union City, Indiana.  He was a former resident of Portland.

Bill was born on May 10, 1960, in Portland, Indiana, the son of Jerry and Carolyn (Mason) Bailey.  He attended Jay County High School and worked for Applegate in Union City.

Survivors include:

1 sister:  Julie Loyd (husband Randy) – Portland, Indiana

1 brother:  Norman Bailey (wife Tonya) – Winchester, Indiana

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 12-2 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.  Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
