William “Billy” Bell, age 39 a former Portland resident passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 at his home in Muncie, Indiana.
Billy Bell was born on May 12, 1978 in Lima, Ohio, the son of William Bell and Gail Renner.

His Mother- Gail George (companion- Kenneth Shope) Muncie, Indiana
1 Brother- Christopher Jackson (wife Ashley), Portland, Indiana
1 Sister- Misty George (companion-Casey Cline), Pennville, Indiana
2 nephews- Austin George and Oliver Jackson
2 Nieces- Ayla Jackson and Gracie Shope
A Memorial service will be held at 4:00pm Thursday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Rev. Phil Jellison will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 3-4pm on Thursday prior to the services.
