Charles William Ross, age 43, a former resident of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2019 at Brookside Haven in Muncie.

Charles was born on May 10, 1976 in Miami, Florida, the son of Charles B. and Gale Ann (Clark) Ross. He attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Portland.

Survivors include:

His mother: Gale Ann Ross – Muncie, Indiana

His friend: Judy Hedges – Portland, Indiana

Burial will be held at a later date.
