Jacquelyn "Jackie" Strasser

            Jacquelyn “Jackie” Strasser, age 64, a resident of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Swiss Village in Berne. 

            Jackie was born on April 29, 1957, in Kendallville, Indiana, the daughter of Harold and Dolores (Walters) King.  Jackie worked as an accountant and agent for Strasser Insurance Associates in Fort Wayne for 16 years.  She was a member of Praise Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne.  Jackie married George Strasser on December 24, 2004. 

            Survivors include:

            Her parents:  Harold and Dolores King – Fort Wayne, Indiana

            Her husband: George Strasser – Fort Wayne, Indiana

            1 son:  Luke Shank – San Antonio, Texas

            1 daughter:  Naomi Beiswanger (husband Drew) – Portland, Indiana

            1 brother:  Mark King – South Carolina

            2 grandchildren:  Ariel and Lyle Beiswanger

            She was preceded in death by her son; Neale Shank.

            Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Praise Lutheran Church, 1115 W. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825.  Services to celebrate Jackie’s life will follow at 11:30 a.m. on Monday at the church. 

            In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed towards St. John Lutheran School, 301 S. Oak St., Kendallville, Indiana 46755.
