Joseph “Joe” Franks, age 50 passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at his home in Salamonia, Indiana. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and golf and really liked helping his son with his demolition derby car and racing.

Joe was born January 16, 1971 in Portland, Indiana the son of Clifford and Joan (Goubeaux) Franks. He was married to Kimberly Creamer on September 20, 2007.

Survivors Include:

His wife- Kimberly Franks, Richmond, Indiana,

1 Son- Dustin Franks, Portland

Mother- Joan Franks, Portland

2 step sons- Duane Stone, North Salem, and Jerry Stone, Portland

5 Grandchildren- Clifford, Dustin, Hayden, Oaklee, and Zaydon

Brother- Orville Franks (wife-Melissa), Dunkirk,

5- Sisters- Patty Duke (husband-Ronnie), Hartford City, Clara Robbins (husband- Mark), Dallas, TX., Mary Duke, Pennville, Sally Franks (husband-Richard), Geneva, Barb Reese (husband-Fred), Decatur

A memorial service will be held at a later date with burial at Wells Cemetery, northwest of Portland.
