Patricia Simerson

Patricia Simerson, age 64 a resident of rural Portland passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at IU Health Jay Hospital. She recently moved to Portland from Maryland to spend time with family in Jay County.

Patricia was born September 19, 1955 in Washington D.C. the daughter of George and Margaret (Walker) Oglesbee.

Survivors Include-

Husband- Dustin Parsons, Salisbury, Maryland

2 Sons- Charles Coffey (wife-Brandy), Portland and Robert Simerson (wife-Liz), Salisbury, Maryland

1 Daughter- Christina LaRose (husband-Bruce), Stockton, Maryland

Parents- George and Margaret Oglesbee, Waldorf, Maryland

Brother- George “Pete” Oglesbee (wife-Pam), Alexandria, Virginia

2 Sisters- Debbie Short (husband-Oscar)- Taswell, Virginia and Carrie Oglesbee, Brandywine, Maryland

She was preceded in death by a brother- John Oglesbee

Private services for family will be held at the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
