Tammy Mills

Tammy Mills, age 63, a resident of Portland, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at IU Health Ball Hospital in Muncie.

            Tammy was born December 27, 1957 in Portland, the daughter of Theodore and Sarah (Whitesell) Stouder. She was a graduate from Winchester High School. Tammy served her entire life in the health care field.  She also worked for Community Family Services in Portland. Tammy was a member of the River of Life Church and leader of T.O.P.S.

Survivors Include:

1 daughter: Jessica Guthrie – Portland, Indiana

2 sons: Zack Gillespie – Portland, Indiana

            Joey Mills (wife Becca) – Winchester, Indiana

2 sisters: Trudy Collins (husband Norman) – Gaston, Indiana

                Donna Alexander (husband Rick) – Portland, Indiana

7 grandchildren

            Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5pm-7pm at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral will be Thursday at 11am at the funeral home. Pastor Susan Hathaway will officiate the service and Burial will follow in Lawndale Cemetery, west of Deerfield.
