We met "Cowboy" at Pine Knoll. I always wear hats and he did too, so we had something to talk about. Collin did magic for him and he always laughed so hard. He told the nurse I was "all right" because I helped him take his cowboy boots off. Our last visit was the Saturday before he died. He wanted to change into his flannel shirt from his sports jacket and couldn't get it right. Collin and I helped him make the change. We will remember him.

Norm was an awesome coworker who had a contagious sense of humor and lived and breathed cowboys miss him
